Summary
This dataset provides recipient-level longitudinal information by loan year (August 1 to July 31) for the period of 2003-2004 to 2015-2016. It provides three files which track recipients through all phases of the loan or grant lifecycle: The Needs file provides data on the loan and grant application process of each person during a loan year. The Disbursements file covers loan and grant disbursements for each person and loan The Repayment file provides data on the repayment and repayment assistance status of each person. The CSLP data can be linked to the Post-secondary Information System (PSIS) records, up to 2009. Access is granted separately to CSLP and PSIS as specified by the MRC.
