It is with great pleasure that I invite you to join us in celebrating the official launch of the CIQSS-CADRISQ laboratory, which moved within the main campus this year. For several years, the UofS has been a partner of the Quebec Inter-university Centre for Social Statistics, which allows many students and researchers from our institution to access microdata from national surveys conducted by StatCan and, more recently, by the Institut de la statistique du Québec. 

The event will take place on Thursday, October 27, 2022 in the Science Atrium (D8-1225) from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and will consist of a cocktail during which Jean-Pierre Perreault, Vice-Rector for Research, and Mr. Benoit Dostie, Director of the QICSS, will give a short speech. Afterwards, you will be able to visit the QICSS-CADRISQ laboratory, which is located next door, in the Science Library. 

This event will bring together several researchers and staff from the university and will allow participants to learn more about the research opportunities offered by the CIQSS-CADRISQ laboratory in a friendly atmosphere.
