Data from cycle 25 of the General Social Survey (GSS) on families are now available to researchers in the RDCs.
The General Social Survey (GSS) is done annually to monitor changes in the living conditions and well-being of Canadians over time. The subject varies each year. Cycle 25 surveys family structure with respect to marriages, common-law unions, children and fertility intentions. The last family cycle was done in 2006. To know more about it, click here.
