This is the most current version of the files, last updated for/as of Reference Year 2010, the last longitudinal year of SLID. The files and documentation are provided “as is”. Documentation, for example, is only available in English. Documentation is created by the CNEF team. The CNEF is described in a 2007 paper “The Cross-National Equivalent File (CNEF) and its Member Country Household Panel Studies” by Joachim Frick, Stephen Jenkins, Dean Lillard, Oliver Lipps, and Mark Wooden.
