Using the National Survey of the Work and Health of Nurses, identified and tested components of survey that measured work environment, work engagement, quality of work life, mental health and quality of work – Identified mental health as a possible moderating factor and tested using statistical analysis – Use of statistical analysis including factor analysis, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.
