Valuable resource for researchers working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples and data

After consultation with and input from our colleagues in First Nations, Inuit and Métis organizations, the CRDCN is happy to share with researchers an important new resource document. 

Planning to Undertake Work with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Data is a two-part document:  

  • the first part provides a set of questions for researchers to consult in advance of engaging in research with First Nations, Inuit and Métis data; 
  • the second part contains a list of resources that researchers can consult when they are working with those data. 

The resource is a living document, will be updated as we continue to obtain input from colleagues in First Nations, Inuit and Métis organizations and communities.
