RDC researcher work showcased in Canadian Public Policy

Three research papers done using data accessed at Research Data Centres (RDCs) have been published in the most recent issue of Canadian Public Policy.

The Canadian Research Data Centre Network (CRDCN) facilitates access to Statistics Canada datasets at RDCs throughout Canada. The researchers used different datasets to conduct their research and produce three informative projects:

“Cohort Size and Youth Earnings: Evidence from Ontario,” by Xian Zhang, of the Department of Economics at McGill University

“Net Child Care Costs in Canada,” by Jennifer Fisher and Jasmin Thomas, of the Canadian government’s Department of Finance

“How Progressive Is the Canadian Personal Income Tax? A Buffett Curve Analysis,” by Kevin Milligan, of the Vancouver School of Economics at the University of British Columbia
