Conference/Seminar, News, Public Policy
On May 30th, our colleagues from Statistics Canada are hosting a session at Congress 2017 in Toronto to discuss “How to access Statistics Canada’s confidential data sets and the experience of working at Research Data Centres.” Moderated by CRDCN’s executive director Martin Taylor, the panel includes seasoned researchers as well as graduate students who will share their experience of working with RDC microdata. Martin Cooke (Waterloo), Michael Haan (Western), Heather Rollwagen (Ryerson), Brittany Etmanski (Ph.D. candidate at Waterloo), and Brad Seward (Ph.D. candidate at Guelph) are looking forward to answer all your questions about the process of applying for RDC access and the type of research that can be conducted with RDC data. Welcome!
