Labour Market Data in Canada

We are pleased to inform you that the CRDCN is sponsoring a special session on “The State of Labour Market Data in Canada” at the forthcoming Conference of the Canadian Economics Association in Toronto. Ana M. Ferrer (University of Waterloo), Marc Frenette (Statistics Canada), and Randall Bartlett (TD Bank Group) will discuss the current data challenges, developments, and opportunities in labour market research. Chaired by Mostafa Askari (Parliamentary Budget Office), the panel will be held on May 30 from 2:00PM to 3:30PM. Two regular CRDCN sessions on immigration issues will also be held on May 29 and 30.
