Do gays and lesbians get equal pay for equal work, compared to heterosexuals? In a new study published in Gender & Society, Sean Waite and Nicole Denier, two young researcher from McGill University, used census 2006 data to examine this question. Their findings were recently discussed in The Atlantic.
