Catherine Blanchard Gougeon, recipient of the 3rd prize ex aequo, has been a coordinator at the Quebec Interuniversity Centre for Social Statistics (QICSS), part of the Canadian Research Data Centre Network, since 2014, where she supports over 450 researchers in Quebec with their access to Statistics Canada microdata.
