Overview
Summary
The Labour Market and Socio-economic Indicators program consists of supplements to the Labour Force Survey (LFS) that produce quarterly estimates for the third and the fourth quarters on topics related to forms of employment and quality of employment. Data from Q3 2022, Q4 2022, Q3 2023 and Q4 2023 are now available. In 2022 and 2023, the LMSI surveys covered topics such as additional indicators of job permanence, preference for a permanent job, the stability and permanence of self-employment arrangements and gig work.
