Accommodations in Ottawa
Accommodation at a preferred rate at the University of Ottawa is available for booking here. Your promotional code for the preferred rate of $155 per night will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email when you register for the Conference. When booking your room, be sure to enter the promo code and select the date range of May 12-16, 2025. Deadline for this special rate is March 29, 2025.

Travel to Ottawa
By bicycle: UOttawa encourages cycling to campus.
By car: The closest parking lot to CRX is Brooks Garage (100 Thomas More Private). Parking is $5.50 per hour with a daily max of $17.50. More information on parking available here.
By train: Take VIA Rail to Ottawa Train Station (200 Tremblay Rd, Ottawa, ON K1G 3H5), then take the O-Train Route 1 from Tremblay to Uottawa.
By plane: Fly to Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (YOW), then take transit, taxi or rideshare to CRX.
